Please note that all services are customized just for and may require multiple different techniques in one appointment. Additional sessions may be required for certain looks. All lightening services have a single gloss or treatment included into the price. All prices noted are a starting price. Additional charges may apply for extra product and/or time.

CANCELLATION: All reservations will be held with a credit/debit card. If less than 24 hours notice is given in the event of you needing to cancel or reschedule for ANY reason, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). In the event of a no show, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). I also reserve the right to not allow you to book with me in the future.
LATE ARRIVAL: If you are running late for your appointment, please reach out to me directly to let me know. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be rescheduled or downgraded to a smaller service and you will still be charged for the full scheduled service(s).
RE-DO/REFUND: I DO NOT offer refunds on hair services. If any issues arise with your hair, please reach out to me with in 7 days of your initial appointment to discuss adjustments.
PAYMENT: I accept all major credit cards or cash. If you would like to leave a gratuity in addition to paying for your service, it can be added onto your card at checkout, or given in cash or Venmo.
